Membership fee is $10.00.

Members wishing to join The Bass Federation, Inc and The Tennessee Bass
Federation, Inc, an additional fee of $22.00 is required plus $25.00
Membership to FLW Outdoors.

Monthly meetings will be the first Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
and will be held at The Airview Baptist Church at the Fellowship Hall
located in Skymont.

The election of officers, setting of rules and membership sign up will
take place at the December Meeting, a month prior to the start of the
new season.

The 2008
Tournaments will start in January and finish in October. The Fish Off
will be held in November. The Fish Off date, lake, time and boat ramp
will be set at the November Meeting.

Club Members
must fish eight regular tournaments to be eligible to participate in the
Fish Off.

The 2009
season will start in December of 2008.

Tournaments
can be changed at special meetings called by President or at boat ramp
at the lake in question due to inclimate weather or safety issues.

Tournament
hours can run from 12:00 a.m. Saturday Morning to 12:00 a.m. Saturday
Night but cannot exceed ten hours in length.

Locking
through on tournament waters is not allowed.

No
inappropriate misconduct will be tolerated.

If arriving
late at a tournament, the member arriving late must find a member
fishing, notify that they are present and have livewells checked before
they can start fishing. This must take place within the first four
hours of the tournament or the member arriving late will not be allowed
to participate.

Tournament
Entry Fee is $20.00 per member. The money is split as follows:
a. $2.50 goes
back to the club for the Fish Off at the end of the year
b. $2.50 goes
toward The Big Fish Pot.
c. $15.00 is
split 60% for First Place and 40% for Second Place. Second Place is
awarded only if 10 members have paid entry fee; nine members and under
only pays first place and big fish.

Maximum of
three people per boat.

Blast off
number will be drawn at the time of tournament sign in. The boat with
the highest number will be responsible to check everyone’s livewell and
will announce blast off order.

Largemouth
and Smallmouth Bass must be the state’s legal size limit for the
tournament lake being fished. Spotted Bass will be a minimum of 12”
unless the size limit is greater on the lake being fished. If this is
the case, the size limit of the lake being fished applies. Spotted Bass
will be judged by tooth patch, location of the jaw line and the
configuration of the back fin. If a disagreement arises, the President,
Weigh Man and Measure Man will make the final decision.

Each member
is allowed to have a five fish limit in their possession during the
tournament but only a five fish limit per boat will be weighed and it
will determine the outcome of each tournament. This five fish limit’s
weight will be given to each member in that boat. The member with the
most weight accumulated throughout the year will receive $100.00. The
person with the biggest fish weighed in will receive $50.00 at the end
of the year.

Each member
who pays entry fee for tournament will receive a one-pound bonus toward
club standings.

If not is
sight of ramp by deadline you will be disqualified.

At the end
of tournament, you have 30 minutes to bring fish to scales.

Each fish
must be pre-measured and in weigh bags when brought to scales.
-
Fish must be
measured and weighed by elected officials.
-
The club’s
Machined Golden Rule will be used to measure fish.
-
For each
fish brought to scales less than legal length, that boat would loose
that fish plus a one-pound penalty.

Two ounces,
or .13 lbs, will be subtracted from total weight for each dead fish.

Trailering
of boats will be allowed under the following conditions:
a. Members must
leave from the ramp specified for the tournament being fished.
b. Members must
leave at the time specified for the start of the tournament.
c. Members must fish the same body of water the
tournament is being held.
